I’m Not Too Old for That

Seems like more of my contemporaries are saying things like “I’m too old to do that anymore” or, the more positive version, “I used to do that when I was younger.” There’s a common lament about how our bodies don’t do what they used to: knees won’t hold up to a day of skiing, strained shoulders prevent us from playing tennis, hips hurt if we try to run, or extra weight just can’t be shed.
